  • Katarina Fitzpatrick

    Instructor

    Katarina Fitzpatrick is a Pilates instructor, professional dancer, and freelance choreographer. She was introduced to Pilates classes at age ten, as a supplement to her dance training. During college, she chose to become a certified Pilates instructor to share the modality, and the research behind it, with others. She began teaching immediately, leading her first class for the Mercyhurst University Dance Institute, and continuing to teach when she moved home to Kansas City. Katarina is passionate about helping each client find their ideal alignment and discover the potential of their own body.

  • Bryndi Thompson

    Instructor

    Bryndi is a K-State alum that relocated to Colorado after school and completed a year long, comprehensive Pilates training in 2016 with Pilates Sports Center. She enjoys teaching on all apparatus’ to all different age groups and has over 3,500 teaching hours of experience. Intrigued by helping people connect to their bodies via movement, Bryndi continues to seek out new training to educate herself on the intricacies of the body. Some of these special trainings have included focus in trigger point release, jumpboard, advanced chair, Pilates TRX, classical training, advanced mat, Pilates for special populations, Pilates for pregnancy, foot and toe corrector, spinal conditions, Pilates for alignment, and many more. She enjoys working with people to understand their own spinal posture, their bodies’ capabilities, and how beneficial Pilates can be for vitality. Join her for a positive and upbeat class!

  • Addie

    Instructor

    Addie has always been devoted to both movement and fitness, and is certified in Pilates, a Master Kettlebell trainer and NASM certified personal trainer. She received her Bachelor in Art History from Colby College. In addition to training as a dancer and gymnast, Addie has been a student of Martial Art for more than a decade and has a black belt in Kenpo Karate, a champion Muay Thai fighter, and also has a green belt in Jeet Kun Doh. Addie loves sharing her passion for fitness with others and is always thrilled to watch her clients become stronger and see a reduction in pain and injury through movement.

  • Lindsay Russ

    Instructor

    Lindsay has been dancing since the age of 2 and started teaching dance classes at the age of 12. With a background in Jazz, Ballet, Modern, Lyrical and Tap dance, Lindsay was introduced to Pilates while studying dance as an undergraduate student at the University of Kansas.With an education in dance, she grew to love the practice of Modern dance and Martha Graham’s technique. She decided to learn more about pilates through D.K. Body Balancing method through UNLV. Lindsay is certified in Pilates mat, chair, cadillac and reformer. She additionally has has certifications in Barre Intensity, Core Barre, Barre Above, Transform Barre, Balanced Body Orbit, PiYo & Juvo Board. She is one of the first certified instructors in Kansas City for Juvo board and her newest certification, Barre Intensity. She currently is a Regional Master Trainer for the midwest for Barre Intensity!  She leads and instructs one and two day training options in studios, gyms, country clubs and more!  She also has her own activewear clothing line, called Transform Activewear which she merchandises and sells at studios and online. With much knowledge in the barre and pilates field, Lindsay brings an exciting and challenging work out that works well for all levels of ability. With Lindsay’s classes you will experience more energy, strength, tone and confidence.  

  • Amber Jacobs

    Lead Instructor

    Amber began teaching Pilates in 2009 after a year as a personal trainer. Her education is with STOTT Pilates. One of the reasons she enjoys teaching Pilates is that the benefits imparted are so wide-reaching. Amber knows you are improving your health and well-being when you come in to a Pilates studio, and she's happy to be a part of that!!!
