  Marshall is a Senior Account Representative at agency and has been with the agency since 2019. He has been reprsenting Allstate for 14 years and previously spent several years working as a property claims adjuster, giving him a well-rounded perspective on coverage from both sides of the process. His goal is to help customers truly understand how their insurance helps protect them on their worst day, while giving them confidence and peace of mind that they have the right coverage for themselves and their family. Outside of work, Phillip enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cooking in the kitchen or on the BBQ, and anything involving old cars.

One of the questions he hears most often from customers is, “Do you help all of your customers the way you help me?” His answer is always yes. Scott believes it is his responsibility to assist customers in every way possible, especially since insurance can feel overwhelming at times. Whether someone is purchasing a new policy or navigating a claim, he and the team here, are committed to helping see customers fully understand their policies, coverages, and deductibles and know they can reach out anytime. Firsthand experience has shaped Scott’s approach and reinforced the importance of truly getting to know each customer and what matters most to them. Here, customers are never just a number. Account Representative Jocelynn Lewis is always ready and waiting to assist - whether it be reviewing a policy to check that the coverages are still right for the customer, swapping out an old car for a new, or mailing out an insurance ID card. She comes to the world of insurance years spent in senior care and strives to helping see that customers feel heard and cared for. Jocelynn loves music, history, art, and exploring local eats all around St. Louis.

  Terry brings nearly 50 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a background spanning both the corporate and sales sides of insurance. He has also owned his own agency, giving him a deep, well-rounded understanding of the business and the needs of customers. Terry has a genuine passion for helping people better understand their insurance and coverages, especially when they are navigating the claims process. At our Agency, his focus is on the service side, where he serves as a liaison between the Allstate Claims team and customers to clear communication and timely follow-up.
