Julie believes insurance should feel supportive, not stressful. Her approach is rooted in education, transparency, and genuine connection, helping see customers always understand their policies and know they have someone they can rely on. Her commitment to excellence and service was recognized in 2019 when she was named the Agencies Agent of the Year, an honor that reflects both her results and the respect she has earned from customers and teammates alike. Julie continues to be a inspiration and an invaluable part of the team.

Customers appreciate her honest, thoughtful approach and the trust she builds through meaningful conversations. With a total of nine years of experience representing Allstate, including more than six years at the Uhlig Agencies, Whitney brings a strong sense of ownership and pride to her work. She understands that not all agencies are created equal and values the personalized, relationship-driven experience that defines Uhlig Agencies. Each day, she shows up prepared, accountable, and committed to doing the right thing for her customers while delivering consistent, first-class service. In recognition of her exceptional impact, Whitney was named Uhlig Agencies’ 2025 Staff member of the Year. In 2025, she helped protect more families with the right coverage than any other team member, while consistently living out the agency’s core values - genuinely caring for customers, owning each day, winning through consistency, and taking pride in every interaction. Her leadership, mindset, and dedication set the standard for what it means to serve at the Uhlig Agencies. Outside of the office, Whitney comes from a musical family and spent much of her teenage years traveling the country performing on stage. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, Bristol. Together, they love traveling, listening to music, and making memories with family.

  Phillip helps new customers find the insurance protection that fits their needs and is also a member of the service team, supporting existing customers with their day-to-day policy needs. He has been reprsenting Allstate for 14 years and previously spent several years working as a property claims adjuster, giving him a well-rounded perspective on coverage from both sides of the process. His goal is to help customers truly understand how their insurance helps protect them on their worst day, while giving them confidence and peace of mind that they have the right coverage for themselves and their family. Outside of work, Phillip enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cooking in the kitchen or on the BBQ, and anything involving old cars.

  Dorothy is a licensed Allstate agent with nearly three years of experience and a genuine passion for helping people understand their insurance. She focuses on helping find coverage options that truly fits each customers life, without the confusion or pressure that often comes with the process. As a Spanish speaker, Dorothy proudly serves both English- and Spanish-speaking customers, seeing every conversation feels clear, comfortable, and accessible. She believes in building real relationships, not just policies, so customers always know they have someone in their corner who truly has their back. Outside of work, Dorothy enjoys traveling, discovering new cuisines and cultures, and spending time with her two cats.

  Mandy is an insurance professional dedicated to helping customers find the right coverage to protect what matters most. After working with insurance for a number of years, she joined the agency in 2025. She works closely with individuals and families to make the insurance process simple, clear, and stress-free. Her goal is to provide honest guidance, answer questions along the way, and help every customer feel confident in their coverage decisions. Outside of work, Mandy enjoys spending time with family and friends while exploring local restaurants, markets, and small businesses.
