Refreshing!
I took my car into the Oades Brothers for front brakes. For the first time, almost ever, the mechanic didn't come back with a $600 estimate for the job. I needed brake pad and that is all they suggested. Refreshing!

Excellent. Prompt. Efficient. Cordial. I saw your mission statement while I was there. It gave me comfort that I would not be ripped off.....and I wasn't. I'll be using Oades Brothers for all my car needs. Additionally, I have told my son and his friend, Misty, that this is a great place to go and get their work done. Misty needs a lot of work on her car and I'm hoping you will see her soon. She is now borrowing my car and my son's car and leaving her car sitting in the driveway. It definitely needs work. Thank you again for your prompt and excellent service.....and your honesty. I'm counting on you being there for a long, long time.

Billy , took care of my car ! All the employees were very informative and honest with what needed to be done with my car. I will only trust these guys with the Maintenence of my car from here on out! These guys fixed an exhaust problem I'd been having for years in just 30 minutes ! Best IN KC hands down

Out of all of the shops I have EVER been to, this has been the best. Not only were they respectful and helpful, but they made me understand what they needed to do to my car. I'll definitely be returning to their shop for ANYTHING I ever need for my car.

I was so incredibly happy with my experience this last week. I was looking at an incredibly large bill to have my car repaired and the team was so helpful. I want to thank Jim, Aaron and Fallon these three went above and beyond to make a stressful situation bearable. I grew up around cars but I will say I don't know enough to fix it if I needed too. To come in and have my knowledge valued and not feel degraded because I am a woman was a unbelievable. 5 Star rating and I will be recommending you to all my friends and family. Side note I work for a valet company and we often have people who come in and their cars are in need of repair. I will be using Oades Brothers as the company I will recommend my clients and customers to. All the best gentleman.
