Description

Mary Carter, RD, LD, graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor's degree in dietetics, and completed her dietetic internship at Iowa State University. She has experience with nutrition counseling, weight loss, chronic disease, baby-led weaning and community health. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Helping people is her passion. From nutrition tours to meal planning, she enjoys working with people to better understand how to make healthier choices. In particular, she loves helping families, and believes in the importance of instilling healthy habits at a young age.
